Considering this is a book still in print, this is especially blatant copyright violation. It is a very good book, though.

Hmm? How does it explain anything? The sites hosting the full text are (presumably) violating the author's and/or publisher's copyright. The links to those sites (from here and from Wikipedia) may or may not be doing so (IANAL).
