Look hard enough, and he does seem to believe that all work requiring a physical presence will be automated away, with everyone becoming a (remote) knowledge worker at a keyboard (enjoying the good life, in some nice location).

Color me extremely doubtful about both the physical possibility of implementing this vision, and the social stability of attempting it.
