This is the stuff that scares me. If they've been dead for so long the human body (likely?) won't have natural defenses?

They aren’t “death” but only frozen. I would not be one of the researches that are digging into the ice!

I mean dead as in since they've only been frozen humans have not been in contact with it. If it somehow gets out, then it's able to spread again!
