NY Mag was sued at least when I looked up the case and there appears to be a notice of settlement posted on the docket. I believe they settled. Sometimes it makes more sense to get money than ask for a retraction when coming out of prison :-)

I have no way of knowing. After all, only one side of the argument is allowed to speak in a voice that I can hear.

Assume that detail is true. Should that mean that Yalincak is silenced? Should we assume that only one side of any business deal can act improperly?
