I'll imagine Grok plays ball because this is an obviously blatantly fascist policy, and Elon did like 2 or 3 SIEG HEILs at the inauguration.

By selecting Domain Join, which is available on Professional edition and above.

Even if it doesn't work, it's important to try.

If OpenAI steals all your work, that's copyright infringement - but if you tried to stop them through technical means and they do it anyway, that's felony DRM circumvention.

It's interesting to try, but misrepresenting your attempts as an unbeatable solution doesn't help anyone.

It doesn’t, reread the limitations section.

useless signaling is all you need

>assetocracy

That's an interesting neologism, but the existing term for "rule by whoever controls the most expensive assets" is "capitalism"

You can spend $100B on a assets but it doesn't mean you'll turn a profit.

Capitalism certainly favors those with the most... capital, but there are quite a few other factors. Market fit, efficiency, etc. The Dutch East India Company had the most assets, yes, but also the best ships and a killer (literally) business model.

The notion of a sector where success is determined almost entirely by who can stockpile the most assets (GPUs in this case) is a somewhat unique situation and probably merits its own term

Uhm, actually, the PICTURE of Dorian Gray ages.

Privately-owned companies can provide better value to their customers. They can invest in customer trust and brand value that pays off over decades, not quarters.

They can also choose enshittification, but they are not pressured into it like companies with institutional investors are.

As a Hetzner customer, I would lose out if they went public.

Duckov is not indie. It's a reasonably sized game backed by a large (Chinese) publisher.

Intel i5-9350, UHD Graphics 620, Windows 11 v25H2

Completely unplayable. It runs fine at first, and then suddenly drops to below 1FPS for no discernible reason. This happens regardless whether I am on the world map or combat scene. I am running the exe, couldn't find the browser version.

On an unrelated note, I am surprised to see a JS program working without the usual 200MB NW.js runtime (as seen with RPG-MV)

That's because I'm using GemShell. It's tool that generates executables using, under the hood, Neutralino which is similar to Tauri (uses the OS's webview rather than packaging a Chromium instance).

Sounds like something is going really bad. I'd be very curious to know what's happening.

You must connect to the internet and connect your Microsoft account. There used to be a workaround using console commands, but that was removed recently.

Without a cloud account, you are stuck on the OOBE setup screen.

There are still working workarounds, I have a local user account on my Windows 11 box.

Events include:

Early in the war, Starlink used their killswitch to prevent Ukraine from utilizing their service for military purposes.

The sitting US president has threatened war against Greenland. He has not backed down or apologized, merely moved on hoping we would forget.

You'd have to be crazy to pick Starlink under these circumstances.
