Id say this is a valid criticism of the b2c market (esp. for social networks). but there still is a viable b2b market where kyb/c is not as intrusive - and sometimes a regulatory requirement (finance, health, etc.).
Over the past weeks, we consistently get 5-6 submissions per week. The newsletter and number of visitors are growing.
I’ve come to treat this as a pet project but realized that for indie devs who get very little marketing attention, being featured in the newsletter, top of the daily list, etc. can be another burst of users.

The output is quite impressive. And having spoken to a number of the developers, it does seem like AI has had a massive impact on delivering their ideas.
Awesome, I've submitted a game I made last year (https://blankwhite.cards) which was itself a remake of a game I made in 2019.
In my experience it took 5 years to find the time and motivation to build a v2.0 by hand. AI has since accelerated the production process to help me ship features that would otherwise have taken me another few years to even consider doing.
I tend to agree here. Today, I tried to get the claude chat to give me a list of Jira tickets from one board (link provided) and then upload it to notion with some additional context. It glitched out after trying the prompt over again 4x. I eventually gave up and went back to the terminal.
