I don't use new Google services. They've shut down too many that I loved and used daily.

And the new ones that are not shutdown are so buggy that they're not worth using. They're vibecoded junk, and their staff never reasonably fix user-facing bugs, so the bugs keep piling.

Its not even a new google service. its a google labs service. its experimental so they can learn and they will shut it down.

At least we know KilledByGoogle will never be starved for content.

During covid lockdowns, several of the local, non-chain restaurants switched to 'members only' clubs because the way Colorado's covid emergency proclamation was crafted, the 'clubs' could stay open and continue to server food and drink.

My wife and I joined one at a nearby Mexican place so we could keep our date nights when all other restaurants were doing takeout only. Membership was free, they gave us a paper card we flashed at the door to get in.
