"Bread and circuses" refers to a public free grain dole and free entertainment events in Ancient Rome. Precious little of that in the US right now, except for food benefits whose recipients probably on balance do not support the current guy.

AI cannot create. Humans can. Most do not, but the possibility is always there that they could.
Not something novel, usually - but i can reproduce recombination results with intuition, which is kind of close enough. Still it lacks the striking direction of an artist/great mind and averages out.

Can't exactly show since those things have already been discovered of course. But there is already a good list of AI discoveries out there in various fields, and it's still early days.
Humans also build on what comes before. Many of the "truly new" things that humans have created happened by accident, was discovered by brute force/experimentation, or are remixes of things observed in nature and/or already done by others. There is literally nothing a human can invent that a sufficiently capable AI can't also invent as the techniques are the same.
As someone in Blighty just add it to the pile of existing issues with the US and its current government.
Unless the US gives significant military aid (or outright joins them) the Argentinians can't take the Falklands, They are much more heavily defended than they were in the 80's (in fairness it would be hard for them to be less defended than that).
This is just the usual "Things are fucked at home, Distract them with the Malvinas Again" they pull periodically, it's to appeal to his domestic base - about all we (the UK) should do is state it's not a matter for debate and dust off the "If they do the stupid thing again" plans we already have and then carry on.
Bigger problems in the world for us than the Malvinas.
